We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

We are confident in our products. If you try a new product and it does not work for you we will refund, no questions asked.  This applies to your first purchase of any particular product.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@doctorevelyn.com.

"What do I do with my refunded product?" 

We suggest that you donate your unused or unwanted refunded product to a pet of a friend, family member or co-worker. We want our products to help someone's pet - even if it didn't serve your pet in the way that you had hoped.

Damages and wrong item received
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you request a refund or replacement due to this issue, please provide a photo of the wrong, defective or damaged item. If the item was damaged during shipping please provide a photo of the shipment packaging as well as the item. 

Non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for gift cards, "Final Sale" items, eBooks or recipes.
